When calling to schedule an appointment, please inform us of the nature of your injury or problem so that we may allocate an appropriate amount of time for your visit.
To efficiently and effectively evaluate you at the time of your appointment, we will need to have all previously obtained relevant x-rays, reports or other studies you have had available at the time of your visit.
We strive to provide you with the finest in service and care and are acutely aware of how valuable your time is. We make every effort to see you in a timely manner. However, emergencies will occasionally arise which cause a disruption in our schedule. On these occasions, we will attempt to inform you as far in advance as possible, thus allowing you the
opportunity to reschedule your appointment as an alternative to waiting. If this occurs and your condition requires that you be seen right away, we will make arrangements for one of our other physicians to see you. |

emergency, call 911 or go directly to a
Medical Center Emergency Room located
nearest you.
If you need the Police, an Ambulance
or the Fire Department for an Emergency,
call 911. |
